Loading Terms & Conditions
- We accept various payment methods.
- All current payment options are listed on our POPL link, which is updated throughout the day. This link never changes—always check before sending a payment.

- Minimum Load: 25 unless there is an active "Any Load" promotion.

Happy Hours, Matches & Promotions
- We will send a broadcast announcement one hour before running a promo or special. Read the details carefully.
- Payments must be sent within the specified timeframe to qualify for a promotion. We operate on Eastern Time (EST).
- Ensure you send the correct amount to qualify. You cannot send an additional payment later to meet a promo threshold.
- New accounts will not be created during match promotions.
- During 50% & 100% matches, expect longer wait times. Please do not send multiple messages—this will only delay the process.
Gifting & Redemption Guidelines
- Gifting Hours: 2-5 PM EST daily unless otherwise announced.
- We accept various payment methods for gifting, including AAM, which may be used for transferring winnings due to system limitations.
- Minimum redemption: 50 | Maximum redemption: 900
- You may only redeem once per day.
